Provides partial coverage for collision, theft, and total loss. The customer is responsible for a deductible based on the vehicle. If damages are less than the deductible, the customer pays the full cost; if higher, only the deductible is charged.

The driver involved in the accident is not registered as the designated or additional driver.
The driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, and/or narcotics.
The driver does not contact the insurance company or an AVIS representative at the time of the incident with the vehicle.
The driver enters unpaved roads with vehicles that are not equipped with four-wheel drive.
The driver caused the accident due to negligence.
The driver travels on unauthorized roads, drives in the wrong direction, at excessive speed, and/or fails to obey traffic signs.
The driver crosses any of the Guatemalan borders without a permit issued by Actividades Turísticas, S.A. to do so.
